The workshops focus on recurring problems in companies. However, all workshops can be customized to meet individual requirements.
- Software Design Health Assessment Workshop: The objective of this workshop is to assess the quality of a software design based on the source code and other information. To this end, we will use, among other tools, the innovative tool DV8 from our partner ArchDia Inc. This tool can be used to continuously monitor the software design quality of a solution. This is particularly relevant when a development team uses AI-based coding assistants and tools, as without proactive management of software design quality, the complexity and technical debt will inevitably increase.
- Rapid Architecture Assessment Workshop: A workshop offering to support an agile and lean assessment of an architecture and its developing organization. Essentially this provides a fast evaluation from an outsider’s perspective which provide an objective eye on an architecture and bring in specialized knowledge or experience. Various business scenarios require a lean architecture evaluation to support decision-making and planning. These scenarios can involve e.g. due diligence activities within mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment decisions related to software systems, identification and high-level estimation of technical debt, or scaling of start-ups.
