I worked with Stefan together at Uniper, where he supported as an external consultant the design and implementation preparation for a Technical Design Authority for the COO IT Architecture team and its technical stakeholders. His emphasis on a holistic design concept taking IT and OT areas into account and his focus on the architectural change aspects to implement this architecture review board were key success factors. On the personal note I can recommend Stefan due to his professional working style, trustful collaboration and his attitude to get things done. Furthermore based on his broad experience he knows the pitfalls, which should be avoided, when this kind of technology governance body will be established.
